Durfee's library center has students coming and going everyday working on their individual ACCELERATED READER program. Like all school communities, it is the center of our literacy program. With Ms. Martha Saucedo, Library Technician, in the lead, Durfee students have a beautiful place discover a whole new world through reading.
Students become responsible for their individual reading goal---read a book----take a comprehension assessment---and if they achieve 80%, they can move to a higher reading level! Good luck Durfee students on the road to becoming stronger readers! For more info: [email protected]
